End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of DasTool, an AI-powered business intelligence platform. By accessing or using DasTool, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use DasTool for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement and any applicable subscription plan.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws
  • The accuracy and legality of data you upload to the service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use the service to process data you do not have rights to
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service

4. Intellectual Property

DasTool and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data uploaded to the service.

5. Third-Party Services

DasTool integrates with third-party services (such as Google Sheets, HubSpot, Stripe, and QuickBooks) to import your data. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

6. AI-Generated Content

DasTool uses artificial intelligence to analyze your data and generate insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. You are responsible for verifying any insights before acting on them.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination upon request.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
